NAIL PAINT OF THE WEEK: SMITH & CULT LOVERS CREEP

This week's nail paint is Lovers creep by Smith & Cult which was from the trio pack that I bought during the christmas sales. Lover's Creep is very much a dark red, burgundy, oxblood shade which fits in perfectly with my favourite nail colour to wear this autumn winter season.

The Smith & Cult nail varnish mixture is quite thick much like the Nails Inc. polishes which is something that I like when it comes to my nail varnishes.  For me a thick pictures means less applications of the polish to achieve the ideal results and lower chance of manicure chipping within a week of wear.

To achieve the results in the photos above, I first applied a base coat and then three applications of Smith & Cult lovers creep before finishing off with a top coat. I must say you could get away with just two applications of the nail paint, I just prefer to apply three.

I found the polish to have a lasting glossy finish that did not chip or crack during my week's wear. I consider Smith & Cult to be one of the best nail brands that I have used to date and I look forward to adding more shades from the brand to my collection.
