Sleek Make Up Matte Me New Shades Lipstick Review

The first matte liquid lipstick that I ever tried was from Sleek Makeup and that was sometime last year and I have since fallen in love with them, building a mini matte collection of my own. With that being said, you can imagine my excitement when I heard about the three new colour shade releases which are going to be perfect for the upcoming spring summer season.

The three new shades joining the growing collection of Sleek Makeup matte me liquid lipsticks are Apricot Blooms, French Fancy and Crushed Lavender and I am happy to say that these are currently available in stores and online

I have gone ahead and switched all three lipsticks so you can read more on them and see the swatches below.

Roxanne Campbell Expensive Taste

My all time favourite colour to wear during the autumn/winter months has definitely got to be the burgundy, burnt read, blood red, oxblood shade of red or whatever it is that you want to call this shade. What I particularly love about this shade is the fact that its very reminiscent  of a black polish upon application  but the minute the sun rays bounces off your nails it's true colour shines through and is visible for all to see.

Whenever I become obsessed with a nail colour, I naturally find myself grabbing a few more of the said shade but from all of my favourite brands. With that being said, I am always eager to try new brands like Roxanne Campbell to see how it fares in comparison to some of my old favourites and what better way to compare the quality than to try the exact same shade?!

All Ruffled Up

It goes without saying that ruffles are very much here to stay. It's one of those trends from last year that is still going strong and still very much prevalent in the shops. This may very well be a contributing factor as to why I am not not yet sick of this trend. These days I find myself gravitating towards all designs incorporating ruffles as was the case with this vertical stripped ruffle blouse that caught my eye over on Shein.com

Winter Lace Knits

As I stated in my instagram post, If you don't wear your lace knit off the shoulder then can you really call yourself a fashion blogger? As this has been the the unwritten universal rule on how to wear your lace up knit as a blogger.

I picked up my lace up knit from Shein.com and I pretty happy with this piece. It was just as expected based off the images of the sight.

A Tribal Touch for Winter

It's about time I shared this style post up on the blog as it has long been sitting in my archive of photos for over a month now. It was a look a shot a week or two before christmas and given that we're still in the autumn winter season I've decided to still go ahead and share the look even if it is a little out dated and you have already seen it on the gram and on Facebook. The newest piece of clothing featured in this look was the Romwe multicolour tribal print A line mini skirt which I styled with some old pieces from my kloset.
